The latest project by Javier Plascencia to hit Mexico's wine country, Valle de Guadalupe is Finca La Divina. A former property that the Chef used as a place for R&R during the developing stages of his well known restaurant, Finca Altozano, is now opening up to the public as a quaint Bed & Breakfast.
