Step In: Lomita winery in Valle de Guadalupe debuts a new look

Great news for Valle de Guadalupe lovers! Lomita’s wine tasting room debuts a polished new look to showcase their creative-forward spirit.

The tasting room’s space was energized by Lomita’s owner Fernando Perez Castro to reflect the brand’s revival, and create unity with the winery’s sister brands. Known for its artistic personality, Lomita has positioned itself as a destination for Mexican design enthusiasts. With the help of the Baja-based design firm, Casa Duhagón— the space magnificently echoes a Valle de Guadalupe aesthetic. Beautiful stonework and greenery highlight the region’s raw elements, the pink tones remind you of the Valle Fall sunsets and the beautiful use of wood that goes hand-in-hand with Mexico’s traditional arts scene. The firm is also behind the winery’s Modern Mexican restaurant, Lunario.

To mark the winery’s 10th anniversary, Mexican artist Jorge Tellaeche collaborated with the brand with the design of Lomita’s wine labels— which also adorn the wall of the winery.

Tastings are available with advanced reservation, and can be made here.
